Two Shwaag members + guests will get to attend the Fleming’s Summer Grilling Seminar Series on July 30 at the Fleming's Peoria location from 1:00-2:30 pm.
Chef Partner Jeff Fearing at Fleming’s Peoria continues his popular Grilling Seminars this summer with two sessions on that American classic: BARBEQUE!!
A competitor and winner in many renowned BBQ competitions, Chef Jeff will take participants through the different styles of barbeque, grills and smokers. He’ll also share some of his secrets and tips for rubs, marinades and brines. At the end of the 90 minute session, everyone will get samples of Chef’s own grilled goodness with different sauces while Fleming’s wine managers recommend different drink pairings.
